Join us for a weekend of exploring our well-being, building healthy coping skills, and reconnection with nature, ourselves and each other.
Youth will have time to spend with their friends, playing pool, ping pong, games, enjoying campfire and taking part in activities based around wellness. We’ll be embracing empowerment, ownership, and “doing the hard work to take care of ourselves”. We have activities around the brain and stress response, self reflection & awareness, goal setting, self care practices, “letting go” of things that don’t serve us, taking back control of our day, and so much more!
