Financial Disclosure

At Youth HQ, we strive to uphold the highest standards of financial diligence in all our programming as well as administration.

From time to time, Youth HQ Foundation and our programs (Big Brothers Big Sisters of Red Deer and District, Boys & Girls Club of Red Deer, 49th Street Youth Shelter, and Camp Alexo) may obtain services by which a Director may have a personal interest. In such cases, the Director will declare a conflict of interest and abstain from voting on the engagement or in any related discussions or decisions to avoid a conflict.

Currently, Youth HQ Foundation has not identified any conflicts as outlined above.
