Annual General Meeting Announcement

Youth HQ, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Red Deer & District, BGC of Red Deer & District invites all volunteers, alumni, members, donors and sponsors to our Annual General Meetings at 7:00 pm, Thursday, June 15^th , 2023

The proceedings of the meetings will be to:

• Approve the agenda;
• Approve the minutes of the previous year’s Annual General Meeting;
• Approve the Annual Audited Financial Statements;
• Appoint an auditor;
• Approve the objects change as presented;
• Receive reports and transact business of the Association;
• Elect Members of the Board if they exist; and
• Conduct any other matters as determined by the Board.
