Annual General Meetings Date Announced

Youth HQ, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Red Deer & District, and Boys & Girls Club of Red Deer & District invite all volunteers, alumni, members, donors and sponsors to our Annual General Meetings (AGM).

6:30 pm, Thursday, June 20^st, 2019 at Youth HQ (4633 – 49^th Street, Red Deer, AB T4N 1T4)

The proceedings of the meetings will be to:

• Approve the agenda;
• Approve the minutes of the previous year’s AGM;
• Approve the Annual Audited Financial Statements;
• Appoint an auditor;
• Receive reports and transact business of the Association;
• Elect members to the Board of Directors where vacancies exist; and
• Conduct any other matters as determined by the Board.

 Light refreshments will be served at 5:30 pm.
