Youth HQ Is Looking for Board Members!

Youth HQ provides the administrative structure that supports Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Red Deer, BGC of Red Deer & District (formerly Boys and Girls Clubs of Red Deer & district) in addition to the 49th Street Youth Emergency Shelter, Camp Alexo, and the Centre for Social Impact.

If you’re looking to be part of an agency which has had a profound positive impact on the fabric of our community for almost 50 years, Youth HQ is the place to make a difference.
We are looking to expand our Board of Directors! This will help ensure Youth HQ remains a thriving agency and a champion for youth and families for another 50 years and beyond.

· Are you interested in becoming the member of a Board that strives to be reflective of the diverse broader community of Central Alberta?
· Are you looking to join a dynamic forward-moving organization that seeks to enhance the lives of children and families in our community?
· Are you able to commit 5-10 hours a month to a Governance Board of Directors?
· Are you willing to not only support our Governance work but to also engage your networks to support that work?
· Are you willing to make a two-year commitment?
