Youth HQ would like to express our gratitude to Tourism Red Deer / Red Deer Chamber of Commerce for their generous donation in support of children, youth, and families in our community.
When Team Canada was under quarantine at the Cambridge Hotel prior to the World Juniors the Red Deer Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Red Deer provided them with painting materials to help make their stay better. The pictures and paintings created by the athletes were donated and auctioned off, resulting in over $10,000 to be distributed to local charities.
