Notice of Annual General Meetings

Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Red Deer & District, and

Boys & Girls Club of Red Deer & District

 

Invites all volunteers, alumni, members, donors and sponsors to our 

 Annual General Meetings (AGM)

6:30 pm, Thursday, June 21^st, 2018

4633 – 49^th Street, Red Deer, AB T4N 1T4

The proceedings of the meetings will be to:

• Approve the agenda;
• Approve the minutes of the previous year’s AGM;
• Approve the Annual Audited Financial Statements;
• Appoint an auditor;
• Approve the legal name change from Red Deer Youth & Volunteer Centre Foundation to Youth HQ;
• Approve the objects change as presented;
• Receive reports and transact business of the Association;
• Elect Members of the Board if they exist; and
• Conduct any other matters as determined by the Board.
