To coincide with Giving Tuesday on December 3, Youth HQ and Camp Alexo are seeking help to support Camp Alexo Camperships and send more kids to summer camp in 2025. It has always been a dream that Camp Alexo never turn away a kid wanting to attend camp due to financial barriers. That dream is becoming more and more difficult to maintain with rising costs to maintain and run Camp Alexo and an increase in campership requests each year.
Your support will help us give more kids a truly wonderful summer camp adventure and memories that will last a lifetime.
The Camp Alexo Campership program is available to children and youth whose families are experiencing financial challenges, and who wish to attend a summer overnight camp at Camp Alexo. Community partners and private donors have come together to provide this program to ensure that a child who desires to experience summer camp is able to do so.
